January

As January’s icy canvas unfolds in Ontario, steadfast residents like the robust Canada Jay and stealthy Snowy Owl thrive. With keen survival instincts, they hunt for scant prey beneath the snow’s quilt, while smaller birds congregate at generous feeders, feasting on seeds that sparkle like jewels against the stark white landscape.

February

February’s chill deepens in Ontario, yet the avian symphony plays on. Stoic birds such as the majestic Bald Eagle patrol frozen lakes, while cheerful flocks of Finches and Sparrows animatedly socialize at well-stocked feeders, their lively chirps cutting through the crisp air, a promise of spring whispered on winter winds

March

With March’s thaw, life stirs in Ontario as the Red-winged Blackbirds and boisterous Canada Geese herald spring’s arrival. The steadfast Chickadees and Tufted Titmice now chatter amid budding branches, preparing nests alongside returning Warblers. Life’s symphony crescendos, celebrating rebirth as the landscape sheds its snowy mantle, revealing the promise of renewal.

November

As November graces Ontario, the hardy Chickadees, Nuthatches, and smart Blue Jays gather. In the chilled air, they forage for seeds and suet, a testament to nature’s resilience, reminding us to fill feeders and marvel at their persistent winter ballet.

Wildlife Supplies Caledon Classic will attract and keep them healthy as they forage for the upcoming winter months.

December

In the heart of December’s frosty embrace, Ontario’s skies become a stage for the whimsical dance of Cardinals, Juncos, and Woodpeckers. Adorned in vibrant reds and muted greys, they flit among bare branches, seeking hearty berries and nuts. As snow blankets the ground, these feathered residents rely on our generosity, delighting in seeds and suet provided by watchful nature enthusiasts.
